Donovan Builders wants you to feel ‘at home’ from start to finish
Donovan Builders, founded by the Donovan family in 2004, is ready to assist Birmingham residents with their home-building needs.
Donovan Builders builds custom, single family homes and also offers home remodels and renovations. They take pride in happy homeowners and do our best to do everything we can to build their dream home.
The staff at Donovan Builders takes pride in their work. “We want our homeowners to feel ‘at home’ from start to finish,” Morgen Bryant, the marketing manager at Donovan Builders, said. “We love the finished product and knowing our homeowners and their families are happy with their new home.”
Donovan Builders serves the Birmingham area, including the surrounding communities such as Chelsea, Pelham and Helena. “We build in many different areas and enjoy building in all of them because they are all so different,” Bryant said. “Different sceneries, different communities — we love it all.”
Donovan Builders is very involved in the surrounding community. They make local donations to the schools, sports teams and churches in our area. “We love our community and try our best to help out any chance we can.”
As warm weather is approaching, many people are starting to look for new homes. Donovan Builders has spec homes that are move-in ready for those needing to move quickly. However, Bryant said they enjoy custom home projects as they “like to see the homeowner’s personality show in their choice of colors, lighting, etc.”
