Playschool brings never-ending fun

If you’re looking for a unique summer camp experience for your child, Pioneer Playschool is the place for you! This picturesque campus is located on 2.5 acres of land in the Bluff Park community of Hoover with plenty of shaded trees, outdoor structures, ballfields, volleyball courts, basketball courts and more for campers to play on.

Inside the facility, children can enjoy the video arcade room, air hockey tables, pingpong tables and the art studio. Pioneer Playschool was designed with children in mind, intended to spark imagination and encourage children to turn dreams into reality. Campers are given a lot of options and can choose what activities to do and how they want to spend their day.

Pioneer Playschool’s summer programs run each week of the summer. Three days of each week, campers go on field trips to the McWane Science Center, Let’s Play, Chuck E. Cheese, Rollermotion, Pump it Up, the Children’s Alabama Theater, Vestavia Bowl, the movie theater and more. Campers also take field trips 4 days each week. One day of the week is for Water Play, where children can enjoy their commercial-grade Wet Center, slip-n-slides and inflatables.

Pioneer Playschool is open all summer, with the exception of two days — Memorial Day and one day for the Fourth of July holiday. Campers will be given breakfast, lunch and a snack during the day.
